I was going to make a post like this. Yeah if you scan switch weapons and switch back to the scanner before the reset time is completed you are unable to scan. To be able to scan again you must switch equipment etc then switch back . Would be nice...

it doesn't happen often but when it does it's the same scenario. Ill be fighting missile installation, plenty of time on redline ticker, and then my dropship instantly blows up. It doesn't burn and fall it just explodes. Im thinking the redline do...

I have 10% shield resistance from the skill, and another 6% from the logi lav skill. So why is my total shield damage -37% without any mods? Ive always wondered why the resistance is so high, is this a bug?
